Assuming that Duke Nukem Forever is going to be released in 2009 (and there is much hinting and evidence to suggest this), it definitely deserves a placing on this list – there's a guy who's already played it (Jason Hall) and he says it's the only game he can think of that's worth waiting 12 years for – maybe even longer.

Wii had always been the cheaper system, that's why it sells more, same way the DS outsells everything even though it's not better than the Wii. Much like more people buy Ford Tauruses than Ferrari's. i think comparing Xbox to PS is more of an apples to apples comparison since they are both Hi-def and i think that's what next gen consoles are. Wii is old school graphics with motion, albeit fun.

So true that if PS3 doesn't drop price it'll stay tied with 360, but PS3 not being able to compete with the Wii, whatever you're smoking, give me a hit!

PS3 is more for the hardcore gamer in 2009 cause microsoft is aiming for the casual gamer so it's competing against the wii

Hey man the ps3 will have a good year, but it still has a ways to go before it wins….
My hats off to Sony though. they did a good job in racking up exclusives.

What do you mean no more developers are going to the 360? It's getting just as many games as the PS3.

The PS3 will NEVER will never win this generation's "console war" as nothing is going to be able to compete with the Wii. Sony and Microsoft have already admitted that they're competing for second place. And unless Sony drops the price of the PS3 then it will always be tied with the 360.
