Upcoming: Holiday Panic Edition
Like numerous people around the globe, I am starting to feel the holiday pinch. Whether it is a last minute trip to the store or trying to wrap up work before the holidays set in, one way or another you can expect for it to be a bit more chaotic then usual. Around here is no exception. Yesterday my wife and I spent the evening driving all over the countryside looking for a calendar for a family member and checking the last of my siblings off of the Christmas list. It has been fun, but I am about ready to get back to normal.
On the gaming front I have been hammering through Lego Batman with my wife, only to discover that the coop partner to the first player GETS NO ACHIEVEMENTS! Nothing sets me over the edge more than puting two hours into a game, only to find that I have to play it all over again if I want to get anything out of it! I was so infuriated that she has been playing it all by herself ever since. It is not that I am a sore loser, I just like to get my achievements when I have earned them. Ok, now I am down off of my soapbox, on with the weekly preview.
Last week we generated a ton of buzz and hopefully grabbed some new readers, so here is what we have in store for the coming week. We should have a pretty solid Release of the Week, followed by an editorial for PriestBeast on the Top 10 Improvements to the New Xbox Experience. Then we will get a look into the world of Andygoes, after which we will have the epic conclusion of Jimmy The Greek’s What I Hate About Fanboys, Part III and another stellar Damnit Game of the Week. I will wrap up the week with my review of Super Street Fighter II, Turbo HD Remix, whew that is a mouth full.
